A learning coach is someone who supports your academic journey by helping you identify your goals and work toward them. Everyone experiences challenges, from wanting to maintain better organization of materials, to dealing with procrastination. A learning coach works with you to design strategies that work with your strengths to manage the challenges. Rather than the ‘hammer’ approach to skill building, a learning coach will help you uncover your internal motivation for mastering self-management and organizational skills.
