Dr. Gelston provides online, homeschool math education to gifted and 2e children. He provides a safe and relaxing learning space for learners to work at their own pace, tackle their challenges in private, and to develop a positive math identity. Dr. Gelston is well educated on how giftedness and learning disabilities overlap to give individualized support.
Barry Gelston, Ed.D.
Dr. Gelston has an M.Ed. in mathematics education, an Ed.D. from Bridges Graduate School of Cognitive Diversity in Education where he also earned his Certificate in Twice Exceptional Education. Dr Gelston also has an undergraduate degree in psychology. He specializes in working internationally as a private educator for gifted and 2e home learners.
